With the end of the year fast approaching it is time to make sure you're team is covered for the 2011 season.

      Purchasing Team or Facility Insurance couldn't be easier. You have three ways to purchase USSSA Insurance,

      1. Simply go to http://www.usssainsurance.com/ and purchase on-line.

      2.  Go to http://www.usssainsurance.com/ to print off an application and mail or fax to USSSA National headquarters

      3. Call 888-880-3602 and purchase over the phone.

      Coverage will be effective as soon as payment is processed, or January 1st 2011 whichever is date is later.
